Format:
4 player team scramble + Gold Plus Sponsor Cost: $450
4 player team scramble + Silver Plus Sponsor Cost: $400
4 player team scramble Cost: $320 ($80.00 dollars per player)
Our Annual golf outing will provide an opportunity to honor Erica , and make sure her girls have our continuing support. Thank you for your generosity and making this event a success.
Your $80.00 fee includes 18 holes of golf with cart, a complimentary gift, a hot dog during your round, a chance to win cash and prizes and a catered meal served at Sunset Club House at the conclusion of the golf. Your favorite cold beverages will be available all day! Join us for the catered meal at 1:00pm at Sunset Club House.

In addition, there will be a “Putt for Dough” 50/50 Contest at the practice green after # 9.
